“After sixteen years and three ballots, I will be moving on from Swansea BID at the end of December, and will proudly become the Director of CBI Wales.

“Andrew ‘Duggie’ Douglas, who has been delivering our BID operations since 2020 will transition into the BID Manager role. In addition, I’m pleased to say that we have appointed a full-time Business Engagement & Communications Officer, to support Duggie, ensuring we continue to deliver the best possible service to you, our BID businesses.

“My time with BID has been an incredible journey filled with challenges and achievements. I am proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I’m confident that I leave the organisation in a stronger and better place than when I joined back in 2009.

“I wish you all the very best for the future and look forward to seeing the BID area and you, our businesses, continue to grow and go from strength to strength.”
